Join Us for Nossaman’s 2023 Eminent Domain Seminars

We are excited to be hosting our Eminent Domain seminars in person once again! Please join us in San Francisco on March 14th or Costa Mesa on March 28th. These complimentary programs will focus on current issues involving right of way, property acquisitions and eminent domain. Key topics to be covered by our panels of leading industry professionals include:

  • Inverse Condemnation and Disaster: Exploring the interplay of natural disaster and potential liability to public entities in cases such as fire and flood;
  • Environmental Considerations for Right of Way Acquisition: Identifying and tackling pre-acquisition and post-EIR/S issues;
  • Taming Tricky TCEs: Best practices for acquiring temporary construction easements, including scope, length, valuation and how funding sources can impact appraisal methodology; and
  • Eminent Domain Year in Review: Discussion of key California and federal eminent domain cases and legislation from the last year and how funding from the infrastructure bill is impacting California, including notable projects in-state that have been allocated federal funds.

Attendees will have the chance to participate in Q&A sessions with each panel, as well as network with colleagues during lunch and an evening cocktail reception.
